Towels and sheets were noticeably stained. The complimentary "breakfast" was just individually wrapped blueberry muffins, and pound cakes, and frozen biscuits. Otherwise the stay was fine.

I paid for trip online. Sent my kids on a trip. Front desk was going to charge 100.00 dollars for a refund hold. Had 2 email my card information to hotel. This would have left my kids no money to eat on. If the hotel is going to do this after payment is confirmed online then I rather not deal with this situation anymore!!! Horrible customer service ever.

Everything was good, clean, and acceptable. However, the bed was too tall to get into. I had to get a knee up and crawl into bed. When I awakened two mornings I felt as though I had slept on a pile of firewood. I hurt throughout my entire body. I could not tolerate even the thought of a third night in this "bed" and had to cancel the third night of stay and return home.
