Clean room, decent bedding, breakfast ladies do a phenomenal job keeping the area clean and well stocked. My only complaint is the young lady at check in not friendly or helpful. She was more interested in being on her telephone and lounging near the breakfast area then providing service with a smile to the customer. She was in no way congenial or hospitable toward me or the man in front of me who was elderly. I could tell by her comments to him and her demeanor in the scowl on her face. Not the first impression that you want to have for your hotel. Otherwise no complaints

A dog kept barking all night and no one attempted to keep it quiet in whichever room it was. Staff knocked on our door at 7 am because they were given that we were checking out early which was not the case. Water pressure in shower and sink was terrible.

Parking was easy with self parking and no fee. I saw pets but did not hear them. Air conditioning and heat were perfect for a warm winter day. Room was awesome. We stayed in a king suite. Walk in shower. Sofa and 2 televisions. Love Bonvoy allowing you to sign into some streaming services to watch your shows. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and suite!
