Two story Condo at Forsyth Park (Historical District). All the amenities of home if you need a place to stay for work or just a long vacation. Would be a great place for SCAD enthusiasts .Easy walk to restaurants , Broughton Steet , River Street and City Market.

NO SMOKING ! There will be a 500.00 charge for smoking inside the property.
We are pet friendly but because of recent cleaning expenses we are having to charge a pet fee. If you are a repeat guest please contact me if you have any questions.

We were thoroughly impressed with the property's location and the convenience of having a designated parking space. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the fact that the place is dog-friendly and close to the park was a huge bonus.

Great experience! Could not have imagined a better location to take advantage of historic Savannah's walkability: perched on the scenic Gaston Street, across from Forsyth Park, and half a block from the city's free bus stop routing directly toward River Street. Accommodations and amenities made for a cozy place to recover and relax from traveling and exploring.

Great location next to Forsyth Park! Quiet, comfortable beds and furniture , great amenities, great communication with host, very clean, close to many restaurants, coffee houses, grocery stores! Walkable, nice off street parking, safe! Would return again in future!!

Perfect for our family of 4

We had a fabulous stay. The house was clean, easy to find, and in a great location. This house was well stocked, plenty of towels, goodie baskets with soap, lotion, toothbrush, etc. They gave a super generous and sweet welcome basket, and all the cleaning and laundry supplies you could need. We did not cook there, but I’m pretty sure anything you might need was available. Ample coffee for the Keurig, even hot chocolate. You overlook Forsyth park from the back, and it’s an easy walk to River street. The two bedrooms upstairs were both suites and it was perfect for us and our two young adult daughters. The property manager was always quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this charming townhouse/condo.

Excellent place and location. Comfy and homey! Right across from Forsyth Park, easy access to transportation. Communication from owner was prompt. Great property for our stay in Savannah

Very nice condo right next to Forsyth Park, perfect for our two week stay in Savannah. Host was very prompt in answering our questions and was very supportive in us bringing our dog. Property is well appointed and made our stay easy and comfortable. Having a dedicated, off street parking space was such a bonus, we parked the car and walked everywhere during our stay. The Historic District is a wonderful spot to explore, we plan on returning to Savannah and staying here again next year.

Family Holliday In Savannah

We choose our rental for the location next to Forsyth Park and the many opportunities to discover beautiful and walkable Savannah. Our condo was very confortable and with a full renovated kitchen which is very appreciate for a French Chef. We enjoyed our spacious, nicely decorated bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice and quiet neighborhood! Hope we will have a chance to return at Spring time! Our host Sharon was very reliable and prompt to answer our small needs.

Great location!

Beautiful condo in a great location right by Forsyth Park. The condo had everything we needed plus lots of extras. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. There was a dedicated parking space for your car which was really nice since we didn’t need to worry about parking on the street. We were able to walk everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place with caveats

This place is wonderfully appointed inside. Everything you need for a great stay, including things not normally included at most places. The owner is very nice and communicates quickly and clearly. The only negatives are mostly about the location. While the close proximity of Forsyth Park is nice, and there's a grocery store (with Starbucks) nearby, and it's only 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants, the building is on the corner of two fairly busy streets. The windows of the front bedroom provide zero sound dampening, and it seems that road is popular for drag racing your loud cars and motorcycles. The other aspect is the parking is extremely tight for anything larger than a small sedan when there's multiple cars parked there. It's nice to not have to pay for parking, but it's also difficult. Over all, a very nice place. I just wish it was located somewhere else.

Perfect location for exploring the historic district

Beautiful apartment on a beautiful street with Forsyth Park right next door. Location was ideal to explore the historic district. Accommodations adequate for friends and family to visit us during our two month stay. We walked everywhere. Our host was attentive and helpful.
