The staff was amazing. The hotel was so charming and beautiful. I loved the wine and cheese hour in the library. The breakfast was amazing. The room was beautiful and clean.

This hotel wouldn't be 2 stars back when it was built 100 years ago. The plus is they haven't changed a thing in 100 years including the sheets, carpeting and amenities. It is said to be haunted but I doubt any spirit would be so disturb to stay there a night let a lone for 100 years!

Best stay in Savannah!

Our stay was amazing!! At first I was a bit hesitant about staying because for obvious reasons (ghosts) and because it was an old building/city but the hotel was in perfect condition and we loved the atmosphere. The staff were beyond sweet and very attentive, we even got upgraded to a King suite! The location was perfect too since it’s near everything so we will definitely be coming back. They even had a wine and cheese hour, perfecting for winding down and chat with other guests. We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know. 10000/10!

The property was conveniently located to everything. The staff were very friendly. Food choices surrounding the property were plentiful. The only disappointment was the breakfast. We paid for a hot breakfast every morning. Because their dining room was getting new carpeting, we were offered packaged muffins and cereal bars. Hardly worth the money we paid for! Therefore we had to pay extra to go get breakfast every morning. Seems very unfair.

Marshall House staff very friendly, very helpful with info for dinning & things to do in the area. Great morning breakfast to get your day started. Rooms very clean, comfortable bed. Marshall House, a great place to stay. Staff super friendly & helpful. Rooms have a lot of character, the bed very comfortable, rooms very clean & great breakfast. Much to do & see in walking distance. Lots of great restaurants, I'd recommend the Low Shrimp Boil from across the street. Parking garages close by, hopefully they get the elevator working. Parking on the street, make sure to read the signs.
