External utility room with washing machine and ntumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Games room with pool, table-tennis, table-football and air hockey. Walberswick, with its sandy beach and dunes, nthe elegant resort of Southwold, Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are all nearby. Shooting, fishing and archery are only 1 mile away. Beach 4 miles.
