The pool area was nice and the hotel was easy walking distance to the beach and town. Quiet location. There are also golf carts to rent. The room was clean but the fridge had a very loud squeaking noise when opened. There was a kitchen but no dishes or cutlery or water glasses in the suite. Unfortunately the gazebo and the back garden was unkept and did not look like the photos. We left 2 days early.
This is the perfect budget-friendly stay in Sayulita. Clean rooms with large, comfortable beds and the pool/amenities were great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Itâs also a great place for somebody looking for a quieter stay.
Everything is walkable from here. The beach, main square, the footpaths to San Pancho and the bus station. I couldnât recommend it enough if youâre looking for something on the north side of town.
I made use of the excellent food options in town and did not use the kitchenette in my suite, however a small note would be that that area would benefit from some more basic cooking supplies (like a knife, chopping board), but plates a cutlery could be found down in the common area.
Love this little hotel, we would definitely stay here again.
Leo & Maria are very helpful and both speak excellent English.
The location is perfect, close walk to many eateries, groceries and 1.5 blocks to the beach. This hotel is on the north end, so itâs a lot quieter than the south end / plaza. If youâre looking for some âexcitementâ itâs an easy 15 min walk to the heart of Sayulita (which we called crazy town haha).
Hotel pool is lovely, the beds are very comfortable, the a/c works well and is quiet.
Rooster across the street it a little loud, but itâs Mexico, what can ya do :)
Highly recommend this little gem.
Quiet, near everything but not in the middle of the town, comfortable, nice pool and dining area (no restaurant). The cieling fan was noisy but that can be repaired.
Okay, but doesnât live up to the photos on website
Trip for one night. Disappointed in the actual condition of the room and the pool area. Room was outdated and not well appointed. No TV, utensils or glasses. Told that they were at the end of the hallway. Room was more rustic than shown in photos.
The lack of communication from the staff was the worst experinece. We stayed there for 8 days. They knew exactly what time we are returning. They waited for the last minute to inform us that our check in is one hour late and wanted us to pay. Paying them $500 did not hurt me. But I did not appreciate the fact that we used to talk to reception desk everyday twice and they did not inform us about check out time. The moment we were 30 minutes over the check out time, they asked us for payment.
Very poor customer service
This was a fun, quiet stay for three ladies traveling. If there is any caution, the streets are very dark at night so bring a light source of some kind. Also...there's a rooster who doesn't know the difference between day and night. Other than that, excellent experience!
Wonderful stay! Very close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Everything was walking distance. Rooms were clean and big with comfortable bed, and staff was very helpful with arranging airport transportation and golf cart rentals. Only downsides are that They only offered coffee and water but we knew that going into it. Thereâs also a rooster across the street that is very loud throughout the night, but honestly it didnt bother us at all. Would recommend!
Pro: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was clean and very convenient location on N side of town away from the hubbub and a couple minute walk to the beach.
Con: We had a minor problem with a poor draining shower drain, and screen door that wouldnât lock but was remedied with a stick in the door trac. Also, the whale/island tour was over priced. Would do through a different vendor.
Weâd stay again .
This is a lovely boutique hotel in Sayulita. Close to the beach and restaurants but far enough away from downtown that it was very quiet. The staff were very helpful, especially Lio at the front desk. This was the first time I have gone to Mexico and not stayed in an all inclusive. I canât recommend it enough.
