Villa Iguana (Villas del Corazon)

Villa Iguana at Villas del Corazon is located on the north side of Sayulita, 300 ft from the beach in front of the left surf break & 3 minutes walking to the Sayulita Plaza and the right Surf break, across the street from an open 5 acre soccer field. 360 degree ocean and jungle views from the upper terraces.

On the main level, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and shares the master bathroom with a second bedroom with 1 queen bed. There is another 1/2 bathroom out by the kitchen/living/dining area. On this level you will find the kitchen, with everything you will need to cook and serve for a large group, a dining area, living room, and the main terrace with the beautiful swimming pool and enough space for a large gathering. We have hosted wedding parties with over 100 people. (Event fees apply)

Upstairs on the next level, there are two private suites, each with their own bathroom. One has a king-size bed, and one has a queen-size bed, and there are sofa beds in each room if you need more sleeping space. There is plenty of more terrace space up here, and comfortable furniture to sit out and enjoy the views and breezes.

One more flight up on the third level is the penthouse terrace and two more master king suites with ensuite bathrooms. And more beautiful terrace space to hang out and enjoy the ocean views.

Great views, ocean breezes, the swimming pool, and the incredibly large and comfortable terrace spaces, make Villa del Corazon the best location for Weddings, Reunions, Families or Groups.
