Welcome to the Hansaresidenz I vacation complex in Scharbeutz.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Scharbeutz. The beach and the Dünenmeile, with its restaurants and boutiques, are just a few steps away. The “Sonnentraum” vacation apartment attracts beachgoers and sunbathers with its location near the beach (just 80 metres away) and a south-facing balcony perfect for sunbathing.

The modern 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers 50 m² of space for up to 4 people. You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator or a staircase. The light-filled living room, with its floor-to-ceiling glass walls, features a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m), a DVD player, a TV, a dining area for 4 people, and a bar counter.

The built-in kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave, making it a pleasant space for cooking.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom with a shower rounds out the amenities.

Danke für die gute Beratung und die gute Abwicklung des gesamten Vorgangs. Wir werden Sie weiterempfehlen. Trotz der aufgeführten "Mängel" hat es uns alles in allem gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt ideal, ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß genug und verfügt über alles, was man für einen Urlaub in einer FeWo benötigt. Mit dem kleinen Schlafzimmer (Ausstieg Bett rechts) muss man sich erst "anfreunden", aber darauf wird ja im Vorfeld hingewiesen. Die Matratzen waren gut, wir haben entspannt geschlafen.
