The combined living and dining room features a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people. The adjacent, separate, small kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious, furnished terrace.

The bedroom features a cozy double bed (200 cm x 160 cm), a large wardrobe, and a small sofa.
The interior bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and a large mirrored cabinet.
The apartment has electric exterior blinds in the living room and bedroom.
A free parking space is available in the underground garage. (Garage height: 1.80 m)
From mid-May to mid-September, this complex offers a heated outdoor pool in the garden.
Use of the washing machine is available for a fee. Pets are not allowed here. Non-smoking apartment.
