This beautiful, bright 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring electric heating and triple-glazed windows, is located on the 1st floor and has a lovely south-facing balcony complete with a patio umbrella.
The living/sleeping area features a comfortable built-in double bed with a full-length mattress topper, a flat-screen cable TV, and a game set. The integrated kitchenette includes an oven, a microwave, and a dining area for 4 people. The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer. The apartment has laminate flooring throughout.

Prices are for 2 people; a third person pays 10.00 euros per day.

The building’s basement has a washing machine, a dryer, and a ping-pong table. Parking space No. 6 is assigned to the apartment. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. There is no Wi-Fi available in this apartment!

A seasonal beach chair for 2026 is included from May 1 through September 15, 2026!

Located right next to the spa park and the tennis courts, this quiet vacation home is just a few steps away from the beautiful promenade with its charming boutiques, cozy restaurants, and cafes, as well as the beach.

The one- and two-bedroom apartments are equipped for 2–4 people and feature large south-facing balconies. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the communal basement are available for your use during your stay.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.
