Welcome to Parkdomizil Apartment 9

This modern 2-room maisonette apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 2nd floor and features a south-facing loggia with an awning; it is equipped to accommodate 2 adults and one child. The apartment is located right next to the spa park and just 300 m from the beach.
On the loggia, you can enjoy breakfast on the lounge furniture or relax and wind down in the evening. On the lower level is a living room/bedroom with a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.40 x 2.0 m) and a flat-screen TV. The open, modern kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and wine cooler, leaves nothing to be desired.
The adjacent dining table seats 4 people, and a toddler is welcome to sit in the provided high chair.
Also on this level are a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a double futon bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, entry height 35 cm). A comfortable staircase leads up to the loft, where you’ll find a cozy seating area. The apartment is heated by infrared heating. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the building’s basement.

The parking space is located in front of the building. Dogs are welcome! This is a non-smoking apartment.

This quiet vacation home is situated right next to the spa park and the tennis courts; from here, you’re just a few steps away from the beautiful promenade with its charming boutiques, cozy restaurants, and cafes, as well as the beach.

The one- and two-bedroom apartments are equipped to accommodate 2–4 people and feature large south-facing balconies. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available for your use in the communal basement.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
