FĂŒr das Haus viel zu teuer

Aufgrund des guten Wetters sehr angenehm. Im Inneren sichtbar und leider auch hörbar in die Jahre gekommen. Geht man die Wendeltreppe hoch oder runter sind nachts alle wach.

Ungepflegtes schönes Haus

Wir haben das eigentlich schöne Haus aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und der Auszeichnung „Premium Gastgeber“ gebucht. Doch leider mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft feststellen, dass es dort sehr unsauber war und wir ein ungepflegtes GrundstĂŒck vorfanden. Überall in den Ecken waren Spinnweben, die sogar von der Decke herunterhingen. Dichter Staub auf den weißen Fußleisten, 2 kaputte Glasscheiben oben in Giebelhöhe. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer Erdgeschoss musste zunĂ€chst einmal feucht ausgeputzt werden, da dort auch Staub lag. Der Vorhang an der TerrassentĂŒr war mehr als schmutzig. Als wir den Mikrowellenbackofen benutzen wollten, stellten wir fest, dass dieser ziemlich verschmutzt war und wir ihn erst reinigen mussten. Als ich telefonisch Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung aufnahm, konnte ich am Wochenende niemanden erreichen. Da wir nur eine Woche in dem Haus waren,machten wir das Beste daraus. Die Einrichtung: KĂŒche, BĂ€der, Schlafzimmer war in Ordnung und modernisiert. Evtl könnten Geschirr und Besteck mal vervollstĂ€ndigt werden. Fazit: Da wir schon in viele schönen FerienhĂ€usern Urlaub gemacht haben, hatten wir natĂŒrlich einen Vergleich. Dem Feriengast werden ziemlich viele Auflagen gemacht, die er beim Auszug zu erledigen hat ( steht im GĂ€stebuch ). Das erwartet man auch vom Gastgeber. Es wĂ€re ratsam , dass der EigentĂŒmer des Hauses mal ab und zu der Hausverwaltung auf die Finger schaut. Der Mietpreis fĂŒr 7 Tage war in diesem Fall nicht angemessen.

Schöne aber etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung.

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Wir waren dort mit unseren 3 Kleinkindern (2,2 und 4 Jahre) und Oma und Opa. Schnell war klar, dass der obere Stock nichts fĂŒr Ă€ltere Leute ist, da die Treppe eine sehr steil ist. Aber auch fĂŒr kleine Kinder ist diese gefĂ€hrlich. Daher wĂ€re ein Treppengitter angebracht. Oben gibt es keine Toilette, daher muss man nachts die Treppe runter. Die Zimmer oben sind furchtbar hell durch große Glasscheiben zum Wohnzimmer ausgerichtet. Ein paar Scheiben sind auch kaputt. Es gibt keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, was das Schlafen fĂŒr kleine Kinder unmöglich macht. Unten gibt es ein schönes Doppelzimmer, sowie ein Badezimmer mit kleiner Wanne fĂŒr Kinder und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die einzelne Toilette wĂ€re super, aber der Bewegungsmelder ist grauenvoll. Man sitzt im dunklen. Alles in allem kann man sagen, es sieht auf den Fotos schöner aus als es tatsĂ€chlich ist. Das Haus könnte man mit wenig Aufwand etwas aufpeppen. Mit VorhĂ€ngen und ein paar Schrauben anziehen. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen und der Garten brĂ€uchte auch etwas Pflege. Die Beschreibung im Inserat sind auch veraltet. Wir trafen das Haus allerdings sehr sauber an und die Betten waren sehr bequem. FĂŒr Familien mit kleinen kindern oder mehrere Ă€ltere Leute ist es absolut nicht zu empfehlen, schade da es anscheinend dafĂŒr gedacht ist.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Scharendijke

Das Haus ist sehr schön und wie beschrieben. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche hier und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Grevenlingermeer und die Nordsee sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Randy war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Dusche in einem Bad lief nicht ab, aber nach einem kurzen Anruf kam er direkt vorbei und hat den Abfluss repariert đŸ€— wir wĂŒrden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus mit Garten - 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand

Das Haus ist schön und bietet alles, was man braucht. Es liegt 15 Minuten (zu Fuß) von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Zahlreiche Radwege sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch Restaurants gibt es in der NĂ€he. Die Sauberkeit im Haus hĂ€tte noch etwas besser sein können, war aber okay. Der Vermieter war super, hat z. B. direkt einen neuen Toaster vorbei gebracht, als der alte defekt war. Das Haus eignet sich wegen einer sehr steilen Wendeltreppe zum Obergeschoss mit Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 eher nicht fĂŒr Ă€ltere Menschen.

Mit Freunden und Familie ein tolles Objekt, wenn man sich gut versteht, da die Zimmer trotz Milchglas sehr durchsichtig sind. War auf den Fotos nicht so erkennbar.

Schöne Lage in der NÀhe des Grevelinger Meeres. Auch zum Sandstrand leicht zu laufen. Schade war, dass beide BÀder und Toiletten in der unteren Etage waren. Die Wendeltreppe nach oben war sehr eng. Ansonsten aber ein gut ausgestattetes Haus

Zeer prettig, net en compleet huis met een prachtige ligging

De vakantiewoning is zeer ruim met een fijne open keuken die zeer compleet is. Ook de bedden liggen prima! Het strand is op loopafstand, dus voldoende gelegenheid om lekker uit te waaien. Een aanrader!
