Wake up with a fresh cup of coffee on your sunny terrace while enjoying wide open views of the beautiful Zeeland landscape. This unique holiday villa is the only home on Wulpdal with such a private garden and unobstructed views — perfect for peace and relaxation.

The house sleeps up to twelve guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Planning a workation? A dedicated desk offers a quiet and comfortable spot to get some work done.

Just 300 metres away lies National Park De Oosterschelde — perfect for walking, cycling or swimming. In summer, enjoy the beach, go diving or boating, or take the ferry to Yerseke for fresh oysters and mussels.
Layout

Ground floor:
2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a separate toilet, spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace — complete with BBQ and lounge set.

First floor:
4 bedrooms, one of them has also a bathroom, a cot, a large desk, bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.

Private parking is available in front of the villa, including a charging station for electric vehicles.

De uitrusting was echter mager: geen koffie-/theelepels, te weinig lakens voor het aantal personen (te weinig bedden gespreid - maar dat werd binnen 2 uur opgelost), weinig bestek. Schoonheid en netheid zijn zeker ook aandachtspunten.

Schönes Haus - aber...

Das Geschirr sowie die Küche waren nicht sauber. Der Geschirrspüler benötigte Spülglanz sowie Regeneriersalz und auch die Terrasse und Grill hätten gereinigt werden können. Das Geschirr war knapp bemessen, dafür gab es ein passend grosses Kochfeld. Das Haus ist schön und ruhig gelegen und bietet 12 Personen genug Platz. Doch für den Preis war es bei Einzug schlicht nicht sauber genug und die Menge des Geschirrs ist zu knapp.

We hebben genoten van vier dagen in een 12-persoons villa te Wulpdal. De verantwoordelijke was ook zeer behulpzaam en snel ter plaatse om ons te helpen bij een probleem. Prachtige uitzicht over de groene velden, ruimte voor 12 personen, genoeg keukengerei om te koken. Kortom, een aanrader!

Het huis is voldoende groot en heeft aan de achterzijde een overdekt terras met uitzicht over de polder. Rechts in de verte zie de de dijk waarachter de zee ligt. Voor het terras is een ruime tuin. Daaromheen is een sloot met brul-kikkers. Het park is vrij nieuw dus de boompjes zijn nog klein. Het huis was schoon. Schone lakens en handdoeken zijn beschikbaar. In de losse badkamer staat ook een wasmachine. In de keuken een afwasmachine en een nespresso apparaat. De hoeveelheid keukengerei was precies genoeg, maar ook niet meer dan dat (precies 12 van alles). De laadpaal voor een electrische auto functioneert, maar je kunt alleen met creditcard betalen. Als je een laadpas van je bedrijf hebt dan kun je die niet gebruiken. Je kunt er met 2 auto's parkeren, de andere auto's moeten op het parkeerterrein bij de ingang van het park. Afstand tot de zee is ongeveer 300m, omdat je er via een kleine omweg naartoe moet lopen. Er zijn duikersplaatsen (trappen die de zee in lopen). Er is daar wel stroming en het wordt snel erg diep (ik hoorde van een local 40m). Het strandje is niet echt geschikt om te zonnen of te zwemmen. Vlabij is een natuurgebied waar je mooi kunt wandelen. We zijn er een lang weekend geweest met 12 personen en dat is prima geslaagd.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Villa! Mit einer Tasse Kaffee in der Hand und Blick auf die wunderschöne Landschaft Zeelands aufzuwachen, ist einfach unbezahlbar. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und bot ausreichend Platz für uns alle zwölf. Wir haben den privaten Garten sehr genossen, der sich perfekt zum Grillen und Entspannen eignete. Die Lage war ideal für malerische Spaziergänge, da der Nationalpark Oosterschelde nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt war. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das WLAN war manchmal etwas unzuverlässig, aber ehrlich gesagt, wer braucht das schon bei so einer tollen Aussicht? Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

At vågne op til det smukke Zeeland-landskab med en kop kaffe i hånden er bare uvurderligt, Stedet var super rent og havde masser af plads til os alle 12, Vi nød virkelig den private have, perfekt til grillfester og bare slappe af, Beliggenheden var ideel til naturskønne gåture, kun en kort gåtur til Oosterschelde National Park, Den eneste ulempe var, at WiFi kunne være lidt ustabilt til tider, men ærligt talt, hvem har brug for det, når man har en fantastisk udsigt? Ville helt sikkert komme tilbage til endnu en ferie!
