The 128 sq m apartment, named "Nagelspitz," boasts a spacious sun terrace and a large garden, offering magnificent mountain views. It is located in a charming, two-story house built in the traditional Bavarian style.

With a large, fully equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a large bathroom (shower and bathtub) plus an additional guest toilet, and a generous entrance area, this apartment awaits guests with its exceptional design and furnishings in a modern, warm country style. A wood-burning fireplace in the living room invites you to cozy gatherings.

The beautiful Schliersee lake is only about 5 minutes away! Hiking trails and bike tours begin right outside the door!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and extends over two floors (lower level with one bedroom, sauna, and laundry room; ground floor with two further bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room).
