Ein Träumchen

Ich war zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen und hatte hier eine Nacht im VIP Room gebucht. Dieser sieht noch schöner in Realität aus, als auf den Bildern, das Bett ist wahnsinnig bequem und das Team sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und lecker. Parkplätze gibt es um das Hotel herum nicht besonders viele, vor allem nachts nach der Hochzeit musste ich etwas weiter parken und paar Minuten zum Hotel laufen, also am besten vorab ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Parken ausfindig machen, damit man nicht zu lange herumirrt. Alles in allem habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Wochenende beim Runkelrübenfest

Wir waren zum Rünkelrübenfest in Schlitz. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar neben dem Marktplatz in optimaler Lage. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätz und man muss irgendwo im Ort parken, was aber recht einfsch ist. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten Fachwerkhaus mit einem besonderen Ambiente. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und die 12.50€ wert. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Dejligt hotel, men dårlig service

Hoteller er fantastisk dejligt og pænt, holdt i en flot stil. Rigtig god morgenbuffet. Fik dårlig oplevelse i forbindelse med check in. Receptionen var lukket, trods det, at vi ankom 1 time og 10 min. efter officiel åbningstid. Måtte ringe på det nummer, der stod på døren. Der ankom en mand (vist chefen selv) og har var totalt forvirret. Forsøget at betjene flere gæster på samme tid, hvilket ikke føltes rart. Ingen undskyldning for at komme for sent. Vi havde bestilt et dobbeltværelse på 25 m2 med dobbelt seng. Fik et lille værelse med to adskilte enkeltsenge. Gik ned og fik at vide, at de ikke havde andet og "det kunne vel også gå for en nat". Vi sagde nej og gjorde pænt opmærksom på vores bekræftede reservation og fik tildelt et rigtig dejligt værelse, men stadig ikke svarende til det bestilte. Dårlig oplevelse og dårlig service! Men hotellet er godt og flot, så bortset fra den dårlige service, så fik vi et godt ophold slligevel.

Hotel Schachtenburg ist eine gute Wahl

Wir haben im Hotel Schachtenburg eine Nacht als Paar verbracht. Wir konnten bereits um 14 Uhr in das Zimmer. Es war jederzeit eine nette Ansprechperson da die uns beraten hat wo wir gut Essen können - und hat auch direkt dort für uns einen Tisch reserviert. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber, sehr gute Matratzen, Hotel und Umgebung in der Altstadt sehr ruhig - und ein schönes Frühstücksbüffet mit Abfrage ob Spiegel oder Rühreier frisch zubereitet gewünscht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut !

Zuerst das Gute! Das Hotel ist ein Schmuckstück. Sehr liebevoll restauriert, sehr sauber, gemütliche Zimmer mit echt tollen Matratzen. Die Terrasse mündet in einen traumhaft gelegenen, schönen Garten. Und im Café gibt es ausgesprochen guten, hausgemachten Kuchen. Bei der Ankunft gab es Unstimmigkeiten bezüglich unserer Expediabuchung, welche die Hotelchefin, laut eigener Aussage, nicht einsehen konnte und sie hatte daher auch keine Information über unseren Wunsch eines Doppelbettes. Auch der Preis kam ihr suspekt vor, ich habe dann meine Buchung vorgezeigt. Wir kamen uns da schon ein bisschen blöd vor. Sie hat es aber gelöst und wir konnten in ein Einzelzimmer mit Französischem Bett wechseln, was zum Schlafen ohne Probleme passte. Daher gibt es insgesamt die volle Punktzahl.

Die Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit sowie die offene familiäre Athmosphäre. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hotels ist dem historischen Umfeld angepasst und zeugt von viel Liebe zum Detail.
