The apartment is located above Gleidorf in a quiet cul-de-sac, below the Schmallenberg Golf Club.
You have 80 square meters of living space with a private terrace, barbecue, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is on the ground floor and accommodates 4 people. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and flat-screen TV, plus another bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm) for 2 people. A bathroom with a large shower and bathtub, a separate guest WC, a cozy fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a living room with corner sofa, pellet stove, and smart TV await you. You also have your own washing machine and dryer. The directly adjoining lockable garage offers storage for bicycles and ski equipment.
Free parking is available right in front of the apartment. A bakery and café are just a 5-minute walk away. A 400 kW charging station for electric cars is only 450 meters away.
