Apartment 'Stötenberg' with Mountain View, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Schmallenberg, the holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Stötenberg offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 86 mÂČ property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden, balcony, barbecue, and playground.

Our vacation apartments are located in the district of Sellinghausen, a small village in the town of Schmallenberg with about 200 inhabitants. In 2021/2022 we completely renovated and refurnished our vacation apartments. We offer two apartments for rent: the apartment Stötenberg with 86 mÂČ and the apartment Beilwert with 62mÂČ living space. Both apartments have their own entrance and terrace. Free W-Lan is available - fiber optic connection! Our house is located in the quiet outskirts of the village, the driveway ends at our house, there is no other traffic at the house. In Sellinghausen there is a ski and toboggan lift, numerous hiking trails are directly accessible - tip: the new "Bergmannspfad Sellinghausen" from the village center!

We also live in the house and are happy to answer any questions you may have about your vacation. Welcome to the Schauerte family!
