In this unspoiled natural landscape, our newly built house offers you comfortable, cozy vacation apartments in a sunny, quiet, and central location at<br>. All apartments are equipped with a separate bedroom(s), a living room with a built-in kitchen, a shower/toilet, satellite TV, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony (or balconies). All carpeted floors in the bedrooms were replaced with vinyl flooring in 2017. This makes the apartments ideal for people with allergies. It is an ideal starting point for hikes. An outdoor swimming pool, bus stop, shopping, restaurants, a cross-country ski trail, and Lake Königssee are all nearby.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten die Wohnung Nummer 2 zu zweit mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2). Die Wohnung ist klein und fein und vorallem: sauber! Der Kontakt mit Herrn Klausner war immer freundlich und professionell. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in Laufnähe (2 minuten), ein guter Bäcker ebenfalls (5 minuten) und zum schönen Königssee sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 minuten (mit Kleinkind etwas länger ;))

Unser Eindruck

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Nur die Küchenzeile und die Kochausstattung sind etwas spärlich. Es gibt vielfältiges,nützliches Infomaterial. Herr Klausner war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Super Typ, wunderschöne Gegend! In der Unterkunft fanden wir alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll, wir haben am Abend noch gern die Aussicht vom Balkon genossen. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Danke!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Herrn Klausner verbracht. Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Nummer 2, die für zwei Personen optimal eingerichtet ist. Die Möbel der Wohnung sind allesamt aus Holz, was der Ferienwohnung einen äußerst gemütlichen und urigen Charakter verleiht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Herrn Klausner empfangen. Er hat uns gute Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflugsziele gegeben. Wir sind mit Zug und Bus angereist, was gut funktioniert hat. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle, die 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist. In ca. 16 Minuten erreicht man Berchtesgaden, zu Fuß ist es etwa eine Stunde, was auch gut möglich ist, wenn man genügend Zeit hat und gerne spazieren geht. Bad Reichenhall und Salzburg sind ebenfalls sehr gut und recht schnell erreichbar mit Bus und Bahn. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub in Ihrer Ferienwohnung, Herr Klausner. Wir verbringen gerne einen weiteren Urlaub bei Ihnen und wünschen Ihnen bis dahin alles Gute.

Entspannen in den Bergen

Wer die Berge liebt ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt vielfältige Möglichkeiten Bergwanderungen oder auch Klettertouren vorzunehmen. Und wer es etwas ruhiger will, kann am Königssee entspannen oder erkundet die Umgebung (Berchtesgaden oder auch Salzburg). Die Unterkunft war sehr gut eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung in sehr gut gepflegtem Anwesen

Herr Klausner empfing uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und zeigte uns die Wohnung. Wir wohnten hier fünf Tage und fühlten uns durchgängig sehr wohl. Das Bad könnte vielleicht ein Quadratmeter größer sein, aber man kommt zurecht. Die Küche eignet sich zur schnellen Zubereitung kleiner Gerichte. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe, sehr praktisch. Sehr nützlich ist die Gästemappe mit zahlreichen interessanten Informationen über die Umgebung des Urlaubsortes, die Geschichte, sowie weiteren Tipps und Ideen für den Aufenthalt von beträchtlichem Umfang. Zur Bäckerei sind es etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß, zu einem Lebensmittelgeschäft und einer Metzgerei etwa 12 bis 15 Gehminuten.

Schöne FeWo in toller Umgebung

Eigentlich ist schon in den anderen Bewertungen alles beschrieben. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, tolle Lage, kurze Entfernung zum Königsee/Jennerbahn FeWo(Königsee) mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet Highlight ist sicher der große Balkon mit blick auf die Berge. Würden/werden wieder hier buchen.

Erholung pur

Herr Klausner ist ein ebenso freundlicher, hilfsbereiter wie zurückhaltender Vermieter. Unsere FeWo war wiederum sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Vom großzügigen Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick in die Berge. Die Lage ist perfekt, in 20 min zu Fuß ist man am Königssee, in 10 min in Schönau Zentrum. Fast vor der Tür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle zum sehr gut getakteten und für Gäste kostenlosen Busverkehr nach Berchtesgaden und in die Wandergebiete. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen !

perfekte FeWo !

für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung von Größe und Zuschnitt ideal. Sie hat einen wunderbaren Balkon mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, in 10 min ist man zu Fuß im Ort, in 20 min zu Fuß am Königssee. Eine Bushaltestelle Richtung Ort/ Königssee bzw. Berchtesgaden in unmittelbarer Nähe (und der Bus ist mit Gästekarte gratis ) Der Vermieter regelt alles mit großer Freundlichkeit aber auch Zurückhaltung. Danke !

Eine wunderschöne Zeit in Schönau!

Wir sind am zweiten Weihnachtstag angereist. Die Wohnung war weihnachtlich geschmückt. Auf dem Tisch erwartete uns ein liebevoll mit Tannengrün geschmückter Teller mit Lebkuchen, Spekulatius, Schokoweihnachtsmann und Früchten. Wir haben uns bei Herr Klausner sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Einzigartiger Ausblick und freundlicher Gastgeber!

Wundervoller Ausblick über die Berge und ein großer Balkon von dem man die Aussicht genießen kann. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, auch ein Parkplatz ist dabei. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Herr Klausner ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und man kann jederzeit klingeln wenn man etwas braucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
