"My second stay already. It is perfect for my purpose of travel to visit friends in North York, Yonge and Finch area in Toronto. I came from the North via Hwy 400, and the hotel location is convenient to get in and out of Toronto. The hotel is near the the last stop of TTC subway, making it convenient if you choose not to drive. And across the street, there is a Walmart store and an Asian grocery store, making it convenient if you need to buy something you forget to bring. The breakfast is good, and if you pay a bit more, it can be upgraded to a hot egg and bacon breakfast. Excellent idea. In weekend mornings, to jog around across Hwy 400 over the bridge to Home Depot plaza is a nice morning exercise. The area used to be industrial and it was newly developed into a condo community. AND, Walmart moved west from next to Jane street to next to 400! It had confused me the first time I stayed there!"

"Overall, the rooms have comfortable beds, my room did not smell, and the staff was friendly. It seems to be an older establishment, the one thing that I didn’t like was the carpet in the rooms was very worn and dirty, most likely because of extreme use. Same situation in the hallways. But for the price point, it’s a good option."
