Country Quiet

Every Spring we stay here for a weekend. Quiet, exceptionally clean and serene. Close to everything. We go to the diner down the street, casino, car museum, and enjoy the beautiful area. It's close enough and yet far enough for us.

Very enjoyable stay

We very much enjoyed staying here. The apartment was the perfect size and very clean. The fields were beautiful to walk around, and I imagine even prettier when it is not raining, which unfortunately it did the entire time we were there, but still a nice visit. The only downside was how loud the furnace was when it came on, which was a bit disturbing at night when trying to sleep.

Great place to stay

The property was relaxing, and the fields were great for walking the dog. The apartment was very clean and a great place to stay. There are a lot of activities in the area, including hiking, shopping, historical sites and harness racing. we highly recommend it.

We like farms!

Perfect for us! Super comfy bed and great amenities. Dan was able to loan a gas tank to help our daughter who was staying nearby. Extra kudos for generosity and convenience. Thank you and we hope to repeat next time we are in the area.

Husbands Birthday Weekend

It was my husbands birthday weekend. We came last year and he wanted to come back this year. So I booked our stay here. The apartment is extra clean, well stocked (just bring your own food/drink). It's a beautiful location and no one bothers you. Lovely deck and views. So many things to see and go to. There is a directory with lots of good information. Car museum, military museum etc...Casino. etc. The local diner Sweeney is quaint and friendly too. This IS the place to stay for relaxation and you can hear the rooster too. Love it!!

This is our third stay at Cody Farms and it remains excellent in all ways but one -- that coded lock. Saturday night my partner and I tried everything we could think of to open it before she went and fetched the owner -- who also had to try three times to get it open. But what if he hadn't been available? Maybe the sticky door just needs sanding, but it is the one thing that should be addressed. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, love the fields in back and our dog does too.

Very clean and comfortable & out in the country

We stayed 2 nights while in the Saratoga area to ride some local mountain bike trails. The unit was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We love the quiet rural setting and yet less than 15 mins from Saratoga. The recommended pizza place, Harvest & Hearth just 5 mins down the road was very good. We would definitely look to stay at Cody Farms again.

If you want a quiet, peaceful stay within 15 minutes to most activities, shops, restaurants and bars/entertainment, this is your place. Acres for our dog to run and explore. Rental was clean and well equipped. Host was available and responsive. Highly recommended.

Perfect, spacious home away from home.

Our stay was all that we expected and more. My teenage daughter and I were jet lagged yet expected at dozens of family wedding events in Saratoga Springs, so the large, comfortable bed in a slightly dimmed bedroom was the perfect ambiance for daytime naps and a real treat every evening. The main space was huge and bright and the balcony an added joy. The bathroom was also great - spacious with good water pressure. We appreciated the added touches like big fluffy towels, filtered water already in the fridge, and our request for an early check-in approved. Great Wi-Fi too (I teach online and it worked well for my Zoom lessons) We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The farmland around us was beautiful and we really wanted to see more of the big furry farm cat. A beautiful place to stay ! (PS 
even without a car. We used Ubers which were never more than 10min away.)

Perfect Weekend

We had an unforgetable time in Saratoga Springs, NY. The accomodations were unbelievable. Homey, comfy, clean, organized and quiet. This was our first time using vrbo and we were pleasantly surprised how fabulous it was. Compliments even till today when I forgot to take a picture of a painting in our bedroom. The photo was imediately sent and my husband forgot his charger. It in the mail as we speak. We would stay here again and hoping longer next time.

This was our second time staying here. Home is comfortable and clean . Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.. Danis quick to respond with any questions that come up. We will definitely book again in the future. The day we were booked for arrival VBRO stated that a winter advisory was in effect, Contacted Dan and he was able to accommodate us by letting us come a day early..
