The host was very quickly in responses to our questions. The property was clean, the kitchen is very well equipped with all kinds of material. A micro-wave could be helpful in the future. It is inconvenient that the toilets are on the first floor in the bathrooms but it’s a kind of a habbot.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung innen war top und sauber. Wir hatten sogar eine Fahrradgarage. Außen fehlte uns ein großer Tisch,so dass man gemütlich draußen sitzen konnte zum Essen.

Schöne Wohnung aber
Sehr netter Vermieter mit freundlicher Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Kontaktloser Check in hat gut geklappt, allerdings wäre dann eine Info in der Wohnung, wo Besen etc. zu finden sind gut. Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und wirklich geräumig. Es gibt 2 Kinderstühle und ein Babybett. Allerdings gibt es eine Stolperfalle zwischen Küche und Wohnbereich und die Treppe ist Recht steil. Daher ist die Wohnung für Senioren und Kleinkinder nur bedingt geeignet, zumal keine Tür zwischen Wohnraum und Flur existiert. Dies macht sich auch im Schallschutz bemerkbar. Der Kühlschrank ist auch tatsächlich Recht laut, aber nicht tragisch. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist spannend, es gibt z.B. einem Entsafter aber keinen Toaster. Alles Wesentliche ist allerdings vorhanden.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer und vor allem die Küche sind schön geräumig. Der Garten war toll für die Kinder.

Schöner Urlaub mit den Freunden!
Meine Freunde und ich haben für fünf Tage das schöne Haus in Schwalmtal bezogen und waren sehr zufrieden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vorallem die moderne Küchenausstattung hat uns sehr begeistert. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!
