Our tv was very difficult to operate. It required 2 remotes and much surfing to find network stations. Some times we just gave up! Our room keys were difficult and finally impossible to use. The manager was able to reprogram them. Having grab bars in the shower would be much safer. The manager was pleasant.

The room I was put into was nasty dirty it literally had boogers on the wall and the table and pillows. The people next to me had a party so it was so loud. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke terribly.

So so

The room was basically clean but the bathroom was in need of more remodeling. Missing tiles, drywall cracked and falling with some mold along tub where it meets the floor. The toilet keeps running if you don’t yank up the handle.

Pretty gross

First impression of the room walking in was dirty. Toilet wasn’t clean; dried urine on the seat and bowl, toilet itself wasn’t even securely bolted to the floor. Toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. Hair in the tub. Shower faucet leaked and had to be careful to not pull it off the wall. Stained comforter, dirty sheets with hair and crumbs(?). Room stank, not sure of what. Desk clerk was walking down the hallways spraying air freshener not stop to mask the smell. Pool water was a green murky color, couldn’t hardly see under the water. I don’t know that I would even recommend this as an hourly rate motel…

Contracted hand foot and mouth in 7 people in pool

We as siblings and in laws stayed as a group the weekend before christmas. Well every kid in our party plus 2 adults that swam in the pool got an amazing christmas gift from the hotel and all contracted hand foot and mouth. They double charged me for my room bc i paid with a different card than i used to reserve the room. It was a sh*t show as far as them taking money out of cards. Then the hand foot and mouth cost all 3 of our families to have to spend more money at the dr. They said it was one of the worst cases they have seen! And everyone was in absolute pain from it! And it was 99% most likely from the pool as that is a very common place to contract it. Beware. Also they had a major plumbing issue in all of our rooms where the drains did not drain. Oh and they advertize a hot tub that hasnt been there for years. And there are abandoned properties all over the area. And sketchy people outside all hours of the night out back "smoking" and that back door did not lock at all. Was not very comfortable just glad we were only there in the evenings at night. Weight room is also a joke as most of the equipment was broke. Okay breakfast. I hate complaining like this but it needed to be addressed. Never never again. We always stay at the holiday inn right next to it highly recommend that. Dont try saving a few dollars bc it cost us sooo much more in medical bills and pain!

Would not recommend

Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. I called ahead to the reservation line to confirm that the pool and hot tub would be open during our stay the day of. The attendance stated that they were both open however, when we arrived the hot tub was closed and had been fpr some time. We stayed two nights. I asked for room service but we received none. The breakfast was good and the staff seemed friendly however, I would not recommend this hotel.
