Cozy, intimate, and brand-new house just 4 minutes from Barren River Lake State Park. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath retreat sleeps 7 with a king bed in the upstairs master, a king bed downstairs, a twin with trundle in the 3rd bedroom, and a folding chair bed can sleep your 7th. Have your morning coffee and unwind on the 2nd level wraparound porch or snuggle up in front of the heated electric fireplace and play a board game with the family in the large open living space. Large desk used for a workspace with fast reliable WIFI located downstairs. Perfect for couples, families or small groups who want a quiet lake escape close to nature.

Beautiful home. Owners were thoughtful in their amenities. Everything was neat and clean with plenty of space. Covered porch was lovely. Its a great location to enjoy the lake and state park.
