Allegra illa Chasina Rosa – Welcome to the historic house, built in the 17th century (cellar vault) and 18th century (building) by the father of the only Engadin Federal Councilor Felix Calonder. It is centrally located and yet in total tranquility right next to Engadin Bad Scuol. The apartment was gently renovated with respect for the historical building structure. Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol, a typical Engadin village, surrounded by sgraffito-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, and a ski and bathing offer that is second to none.



The friendly 30 m2 large 1.5-room apartment with an open kitchen offers everything for your relaxing vacation with Engadin flair. It is located on the ground floor with a covered terrace. The special highlight is the renovated music cellar, which is used by the owners but also made available to guests. It can be additionally rented for making music and practicing.



Shopping opportunities are located in the nearby Stradun at Volg, in bakeries, and in many local stores. Right in the neighborhood, the bike shop "Bikeria" is located, where mountain bikes of all kinds can be rented.



Bicycles may not be taken into the accommodation or into the backyard.

A public long-term parking lot is accessible within a 5-minute walk. The ski bus stop is located 3 minutes walking distance above the house on Stradun, and you can comfortably reach the train station and valley station in approximately 5 minutes by bus. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter.
