Enjoy great conversations with family and friends on the 3 large wrap around porches. Located on the corner of 58th & Landis, just 5 houses to the beach and Pomenade. Walking distance to all the great downtown restaurants, shopping, band stand area, bars and just about anywhere else you want to go. This is a great property, very clean, and ready for you and your family to enjoy a wonderful Sea Isle City vacation! Ask about owner specials! $150 Cleaning Fee. 2023 new HVAC, refinished rear decks & new gas grill!
