First level has 2 bedrooms facing the ocean and sharing an oceanfront deck, each with 2 twin beds, full bath and separate laundry room. Next level has living room with queen sofa bed and large screen TV, powder room, dining room, kitchen and a large deck overlooking the ocean. Top level has a master suite with a private bath and oceanfront deck.There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 1 car on concrete pad in back of garage. There is also a patio outside the entrance in the back yard with a table. There is also access to the first level from the garage. You will love this house!! 2021 OWNER IS SUPPLYING PILLOWS & COMFORTERS
