The furnished deck is a great spot to watch the boat traffic and beach all day long. On a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the beach. The quite Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City is within walking distance of a beachside playground on 85th Street, upscale restaurants, deli and convenience store on 86th street, and a marina with parasailing and boat rentals on 88th Street. Jitney Service along Ocean Drive can also get you anywhere in Sea Isle. This home is a Top/Bottom duplex. Rental is for the upper floor, which is up two flights of stairs. Ground level has parking, storage for tenants bikes & beach equipment, private outdoor shower with hot water. $600 SECURITY DEPOSIT
