Indoors, you’ll be immediately drawn in to the living room where large picture windows showcase the sweeping coastline and allow for bright, natural light to illuminate your downtime. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking and pool passes are required and will be located in the home upon arrival. Additional cars may be parked at the Grand Welcome office in Gualala.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. A flat pet fee of $75 per pet per stay will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• Fireplace not available for use.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3,000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool, tennis and golf are available on the Sea Ranch Association website, while trails and beaches are open.
