Walk to the neighborhood pool to take a dip while resting under the sun. You'll even hear the ocean's surf in the distance. Continue strolling to the Island's crab dock and kayak launch. Watch the fiddler crabs duck into the sand. You might even catch the dolphins swimming up the creek looking for dinner.
This home has 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths. Upon entering, there is a bedroom featuring full size beds and an adjoining full bath. The ensuite bath has a shower for your use and has a granite topped vanity and tile flooring. Further down the hall is a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer for your use. The primary bedroom has a king bed and access to a covered deck with great marsh views. There is a TV for viewing the morning news and an attached full bath. The bathroom has a double sink and shower with glass doors. Sip your morning coffee while sitting on the deck. Watch the wildlife in the backyard marsh. You will totally relax in this quiet and peaceful hideaway.
Head up the stairs to the living area. Cathedral ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors and large sliding doors and windows allow sunlight to stream. Relax on the new furnishings while watching your favorite shows and movies on the large HDTV. The sofa opens to a queen bed perfect for extra guests. The screened porch is the perfect retreat. Sit and enjoy conversation or watching the egrets wading in the marsh. Share stories from your day around the table for six. The kitchen opens to the living area ensuring that those cooking are included in the activities. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to create delicious meals. Off the living room is also a powder room.
This villa is in a quiet area of Seabrook Island. It is about a 2 miles from Seabrook Islands' North Beach. Park and walk to the beach to relax under the sun. Stroll to the end of the Island where you may even see the dolphin strand feed. Enjoy the Creekwatch neighborhood pool just steps from the villa. Just past the pool is the Seabrook Crabbing dock - perfect for fishing, crabbing or enjoying the view. You can also launch your kayaks here. You also have access to the Lake House outdoor pool for no charge.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED-gate pass required
Gas LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 2 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
Outdoor Pool: Complimentary access with QR code
Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance
