This dreamy home includes a spectacular view of the ocean from 2 floors and is ideally located in Seal Rock, one of the most popular places for tide pool explorers, storm watchers and photographers on the Oregon Coast.

Inside is a spacious living room that takes full advantage of natural light from the west. The electric fireplace brings a cozy atmosphere to the open concept living area. A small but modern kitchen with beautiful upgrades and a large deck that overlooks the Pacific Ocean provides you extra space where you can grill up the catch of the day!
The primary bedroom, located on the uppermost floor, will wow you with its gorgeous views through the window that reaches to the apex of the A-Frame. This wonderful space has sloping ceilings which evoke a coastal cottage feel yet has stylish interiors. A modern ensuite bath with quartz countertops, tile floors and a tiled walk-in shower adds to this perfect place to retire to. A designated desk in the primary bedroom is perfect for those that need to work remotely. One of the three other bedrooms is on the main floor across the hall from a shared contemporary bath with a walk-in shower. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, off the garage, that adjoin with a door in between them.

During your stay, gather on the deck to view the sunset, watch for the elusive "Green Flash", build a bonfire on the beach, stroll the unspoiled sandy shore, and explore the glistening tide pools. Above The Waves has its own private access to the beach. It is is also conveniently located near Brian Booth State Park so bring your kayaks and explore Beaver Creek or take a walk on the miles of trails and beaches.This home is perfect for a family vacation, a romantic retreat for a couple, or a quiet and stunningly beautiful ocean holiday with friends.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
