Unplug and unwind in this gorgeous 1930s country house in Sealy, TX. Located on 2.5 acres, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home sleeps 8 guest and is perfect for large family gatherings or for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Make a day trip to enjoy events and entertainment! The country house is centered around some of Texas’ greatest places to visit. Enjoy fresh BlueBell ice cream 26 miles away in Brenham. Belleville offers a great selection of food at the Belleville Meat Market 8 miles away. You will be approximately 50 miles west of Houston. Fishing opportunities and relaxation by the lake is just 57 miles northwest at Lake Somerville. Fine dining, shopping, and a water park are just 30 miles east in Katy. Texas Typhoon waterpark is located next to Katy Mills Mall. There is also Splashway Water Park 50 miles southwest in Sheridan.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect little getaway. My kids had a blast and I was able to have a relaxing time visiting with my parents. The house was roomy and the front porch is amazing.

We had a very relaxing weekend. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Loved that it was secluded but still close to town. Very clean, had everything we needed.

Great Place!

We stay at vrbo places frequently and this place has to be one of our favorites. It was a little piece country heaven. We will definitely be back for a weekend get away. The fenced in yard was terrific for our dogs, the blue bonnets on the property were gorgeous. Overall an awesome place to stay

Truly Unplugged!

Staying at Lucy’s was a breath of fresh air. The house is beautifully decorated, stayed cool all day long, beds were very comfortable and the yard is huge! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything my family needed. I loved sitting on the front porch swing and taking in all the fresh air and breeze. The owner left a little notebook for guest to sign in. I’ll be making a trip back to Sealy next year and I can’t wait to see all the notes left in it. Michael was a pleasure to do business with and communication was open. The check-in process was a breeze. I highly recommend staying here. Wish we could have stayed longer.
