Incredibly spacious! This property is HUGE! It was so great for us because we had 7 adults stay here and there was plenty of room to spare. The kitchen was awesome with all the amenities you need and more. Close to everything with easy access to many different food and coffee shops. While we did not use it, this property even has an elevator available for those that may have difficulty with stairs. If you have a light sensitivity while you sleep, be aware that there is a fair amount of light that still illuminates the 2 master bedrooms that have windows on the street side, from the street lamps at night. This probably isn’t an issue for most people, but I prefer to sleep in as dark of a room as possible. Wonderful communication with the the host who was very accommodating. Highly, highly recommend anyone to book this property for your next stay in the Searcy area.

10 out of 10. An amazing place. The communication of how everything works and what they were available for was amazing. We had a small issue that was addressed immediately and completely. I cannot think of any other place i would stay in the area when we return. Every need is thought of addressed.

Exceptional accommodations!

This is an outstanding Vrbo! It perfectly accommodated our family of eight...so much space that our adult children and their husbands could spread out and have privacy too.The owners have impeccable taste! This beautiful home felt luxurious.

What a beautiful place!

Our family enjoyed this beautifully-decorated apartment so much! We gathered with seven adults and two babies. The parents of the babies were so pleased that they felt they could let their babies crawl and toddle on the floor because it all felt so clean. Wonderful kitchen for cooking light meals. We hope to return on day!

Unique property and design

This was a very spacious property located around local businesses on the second floor close to square, and Harding University. Comfortable bedding, very clean, modern design with unique design elements, art, etc. How many people can say there was a full-sized telephone booth inside their property! Provided some fun photo opportunities.

Excellent property

This is by far one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed in, and we stay in many. We were visiting our daughter at Harding, and this property was well within walking distance. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as could be. Communication was excellent through the whole stay. Very comfortable beds! Well stocked kitchen. Very clean! We are very much looking forward to staying in this property again.

Great place when visiting Harding University

This is a second-story residence above businesses in Searcy. It was a great location and a beautiful interior. Very convenient location for our visit to Harding University. Rooms were very spacious. Great communication with the host. If our daughter decides to attend Harding, we will definitely stay here again.

The Reserve - the perfect stay in Searcy!

This property is so gorgeous and also so comfortable
every detail is thoughtfully covered. The location is perfect. We especially enjoyed the back deck and views from downtown. The interior spaces are perfect for gathering with friends & family. The kitchen has everything you need for entertaining. We are already planning our next stay!
