* bedroom # 4 (on the 3rd floor/top floor): 1 QUEEN.

(2). Supplies for bedrooms & bathrooms:
* Bed sheets are included; Select towels at booking for a small fee if needed.
* BATH MATS, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER & BODY WASH are provided in all 4 bathrooms.
* 1 summer quilt for each bed. 20 pillows provided. 3 extra comforters are provided between October to April.

(D). IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
(1). Garage & driveway parking & 1 street parking at the end of own driveway.

(2). PETS are allowed with extra fees. CONTACT HOST if you have MORE THAN ONE PET, excluding service pets. Service animals are free.

(3). Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front and back doors.

(4). READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be accepted.
* A government issued ID is required to complete booking.
* Must sign rental agreement for reservations to be considered completed.
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
* All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. The age requirements do not apply to families with children.
