This hotel is 5 stars. Friendly staff, lots of little homey perks like puzzles, DVD’s, and bikes to borrow. I gave it 1 star for check in but it was not the hotels fault. EXPEDIA DID’T PAY THEM SO O HAD TO PAY THEM AGAIN! Expedia is getting sloppy.

This is the BEST room we have ever stayed at in seaside. It’s no nice and big feel like an apartment. I also loved that the pool was right across our room. The double doors are awesome feels fancy.

This hotel offers an easy check-in/check-out process and is ideally situated near the boardwalk and plenty of dining options. However, the property itself, including the pool, feels dated and well-used. While it’s convenient, it could benefit from some refreshing updates.

Had a great stay the only reason I marked the rating down is due to the bathroom situation in the 2 bedroom suites. There are TINY and very outdated. It was a good price for a family room for the night. The customer service was top notch.

My visit was off-season, so the hotel was very quiet - just the way I like it. Staff was welcoming and friendly and the warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival were a nice touch. Walk to the touristy section of town was about two blocks. Desk clerk gave a good recommendation for dinner at Finn's Fish House.

Nice for families

Could have used a bigger fridge and there was plenty of room for one. Need mirrors in bedrooms since vanity is in the living area. Overall great place. Convenient to everything, and staff were great.

Considering this is of season it was so unrushed in SeaSide the property was well kept. This is not a five star property but it was a very nice stay. if you don't mind not seeing the ocean from your window (I was not expecting to see the ocean) and you want to be close to main area of SeaSide this could be the place for you. Located just a block off the beach and main dining/shopping for town this is a great place to land and then walk. I would consider staying here again.

I really wanted to love this place because it ticked all the boxes. Free breakfast, which was great for me and my kids. Pet friendly, even received a basket with a dog towel, bowls and treats just for the dog! Amazing!! Decent pricing, always a huge plus! My problem was with the room itself. Though nice and clean, the bathroom had to shelving for toiletries and space I front of the mirror was small in our double bathroom. I understand, structurally why this is, but a small table or shelves could have been added to the bathroom to help accommodate the need. Also, the fireplace was not working and the first two nights the room was a little chilly until we turned up the heaters. So, not terrible but it showed a working fireplace. Lastly, the kitchenette had a double burner that did not work at all. It barely got a lot of water to warm up after being on for 45 minutes. In order to save money on food with two kids, it’s important to pack and cook multiple meals in our room, especially if it comes with a kitchenette, this one did not get the job done. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and helpful with great recommendations and the location was ideal. If they could just fix these small issues, it would get a 5 star rating from us.
