Other Disclosure:
1. Step disclosure - 2 steps at the entrance. Our unit is on the first floor.
2. AC disclosure: There is mini-split AC in every bedroom and living room.
3. Parking disclosure: One assigned outdoor parking spot.
4. Noise disclosure: This building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Please expect some noise from the street and the unit above. Light sleepers may consider using earplugs for a more restful experience.
5. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
6. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
7. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
8. Queen Anne is a very diverse and urban area very close to major attractions. While it's safe, we have some unhoused in the area as in any other urban enviroment. They are not confrontational and don't bother anyone.
9. Both rooms are approximately 144sqft.
10. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

This was the perfect location and property for a friend and myself to spend a few days exploring the city. The condo is perfectly located to many of the popular sites and has restaurants and grocery store nearby. Inside, it was very accurately described in the listing. The property had all the necessary basics and was very comfortable. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent! Great experience.

This beautiful condo was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near a variety of activities in Seattle. There was plenty of space for my family of four (two adult daughters, my husband, and me). We loved the amenities (parking space, patio, basic necessities, and washer/dryer) and the walkability of the area. Our host, Allen, did a great job of checking in by email throughout our stay and promptly responding to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again!
