I booked this trip and was stranded

I got all the confirmations for the trip and never heard from the property owner. Texted all day, ended up on the doorstep of the condo late at night thinking they might be on site and had to scramble for a hotel during my art festival during father's day/graduation weekend. Still have had no reply from the owner and VRBO thinks I came and went. So far no charges-at least there's that. Here's my car in the parking spot with the condo above-as shown in the listing-only I couldn't get in.
Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2025
