Summary:
Historic building, with a great location near Seattle Center and Pike Place Market. Located in a very walkable and popular part of town close to many restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easily access all forms of public transportation. Just a short walk to City University, Denny Playfield and the waterfront.
The Space:
New Kitchen with quality full size appliances. Built-in microwave, dishwasher, electric convection range with air fry feature and a garbage disposal in the sink. The bedroom is cozy with a large queen bed and a work desk. The living room is bright and spacious space.
Guest Access:
There is a ground floor entrance to the lobby. First time access will require use of the call box. Once you have gained access to the apartment you will find a fob on the kitchen counter. That fob will allow you to buzz the door open each time you come back. After you enter the lobby there will be 2 options to access your apartment. A grand carpeted staircase will greet you as soon as you enter the lobby that you can take to the 5th floor or off to the right past the mailboxes you will find the elevator that will also take you to the 5th floor.
