Prime location in the heart of Ballard! Beautiful, quintessential, Seattle neighborhood chock full of stunning views, great restaurants, pubs, craft breweries and Ballard culture. Walk to the locks, or downtown Ballard. Step through the “the door to nowhere”, and fall in love with this hidden gem.
The space
Remodeled loft-style apartment located in the NW corner of the property. Private entrance to your Ballard getaway. The door opens to a cozy space to relax. Mini fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, and microwave. Stairs take you up to your comfy queen-size bed.

The stairs can be lifted and easily stored for even more living space.

Around that same corner is Mainstay Provisions, our favorite market with amazing wines, food, pizza, coffee, and lunch spots. Joli, a gin bar and restaurant, The Dray for craft beer and eats, Cafe Bambino for your morning coffee and pasty fix…and so many more options!

Whether you’re walking, biking, or taking the bus, you are close to everything you’ll need during your stay.

The DADU or Casita is all yours. Walk through “the door to nowhere” to the backyard where you’ll find your Ballard Oasis. The backyard is not a shared space or part of the rental.

We have a sweet, lab mix on the property (her name is Whiskey), and other well-behaved pets are welcome.

Street parking is free, short walk to bus stops, rental scooters and bikes are usually close by as well.
