Very close to Showare Center. Facilities were dated and run down but it was clean.

Rude people and then they wouldn't let you son's girlfriend back into the room and start a big problem and no one slept in the room and I want my money back

I and my family were very disappointed in this hotel, the service, the cleanliness, and responses we got sometimes. As soon as we walked into our room 306, i found the kitchen counter gross and filthy. I put my hand down on the counter and it was dirty, grimy, and i stepped out into the hallway to find a maid and asked her to clean the counter please.
The carpet was all stained and horrible and we opened the curtains to let in some sun light and found a foil package of crack, coke drugs behind the curtain. I took it down to room service counter and all she said was "I'm sorry" didn't offer another room, or anything. We made due because we were not in a position to get another hotel.
We never, nor did our room ever see room service, clean our room, make our beds or pick up dirty towels. We asked customer service down stairs as we were leave if we could get some clean towels. She said "she would get them up to our room" When we returned at 10pm the dirty towels were still in the bathroom on the floor. I took them down stairs and the same customer person said she was sorry and forgot. However the remaining nights there we still didn't see any maid service or clean towels. With 4 people staying in the same room sharing towels doesn't seem clean.
The continental breakfast was a joke, consisted of instant oatmeal, tiny muffins and coffee. We were very disappointed.
