You'll find this townhouse in a neighborhood that's affectionately known as 'the Center of the Universe,' with coffee shops and trendy restaurants all around you and the famous Fremont Troll, Woodland Park, Green Lake, and Gasworks Park all within an easy stroll. After a day spent exploring, you'll come home to a private, enclosed yard and patio with space to dine al fresco on sunny summer days.

Step inside to find hardwood floors, new paint and carpeting, and large windows that bring in natural light all year round. The living room, which is warmed by a gas fireplace, features a sofa and a wall-mounted smart TV; it opens to a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining room table for guests.

The bedrooms are upstairs, with each offering its own en suite bathroom. The primary suite has a lofted office space with views that reach downtown and Mt. Rainier; the other bedroom has its own lofted workspace as well. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the house.

The townhome eas immaculately clean and very nice. The kitchen had everything I needed and good quality modern appliances. The location is excellent, a short walk to restaurants and groceries. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Perfect stay!
This property is perfect and we are already planning to make it our regular place to stay when we are in Seattle. First, the location is perfect. You are a short drive away from everything, there are bus stops on the same block, and you are within walking distance of SO many great restaurants and markets! The garage was great, the amenities in the immaculate house were incredible and the one question we had was answered immediately and kindly by the managers. The fireplace was great! Will definitely be back!

I was a little surprised to find the condo at the back of the property. To enter, you need to go down a short ramp towards the back then up just a few steps. This would not be a problem, except I have some mobility issues so it was somewhat of a challenge for me, especially as I was trying to roll my luggage. Still, I managed without too much issue. The neighborhood is quaint, the condo is near several restaurants, bars and a great grocery store, all within walking distance. There is only street parking and the streets are very narrow. The place was immaculately clean. They provided sample size toiletries in the bathrooms, starter supplies in the kitchen including your first pot of coffee. I stayed for a couple of nights and could have easily stayed longer. There were just a few issues with a lamp not working in the bedroom, the blinds were tricky to open and close. I would have preferred AC in both bedrooms. But these are just minor inconveniences. All in all, this was a really nice place for our pre-cruise stay in Seattle area. I would happily return.
