Large 1-bedroom in amazing Capitol Hill neighborhood with secure parking & dog+

Located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle, this condo is a dream. With a large bedroom featuring a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and an office nook, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers additional space with a comfy full sized fold-out couch for relaxation. The phenomenal fitness room is perfect for staying active during your stay. There is also secure parking for 1 car.

There are lots of little amenities to make your stay comfortable like: shampoo & conditioner, fans, coffee & tea, board games, etc. The walk score is a full 100, and you can go anywhere in minutes including light rail.

As a huge dog lover, your dog(s) are also welcome. I'm happy to assist with any questions while you stay at my condo as I lived here for 13 happy years. Please note that there is some exterior construction and scaffolding.

And for my vegetarian/vegan/allergy friends, the space doesn't have any animal products like leather or down. I can also help with area eating recommendations. There is also a hepa air filter in the bedroom.

Unit was much larger even than the photos. The location is very happening and the unit is very central to all kinds of shops, restaurants, stores, groceries, bars, etc. Secure parking, great for those with pets (we had two small dogs). Kaess was a great host and left lots of cute little amenities in the room (dog treats, bowls, nice neighbourhood guide, games, and tasteful decor). Definitely recommend.
