Location is just a few blocks away from Seattle Children's Hospital. We come down regularly and have stayed at this location twice now. Will look to rent again for next trip. Markets and shopping within close proximity along with the park right across the street. Everything is provided for a few nights stay. Host is great at communicating before, during and after.

It is on a major arterial street and there is a fair amount of street noise but the host has done a lot to dampen the sound. We had great communication with the host who checked in with us by email to make sure we were happy with everything. It was a great place to stay and we will reserve it again in the future.

Nick was great to work with - really helpful and responsive. The property is very, very clean and feels nearly brand new. Almost everything I looked for I found from strainers and spatulas to bathroom items and a note pad. The only thing that I found lacking was a dresser or drawers to put away clothing like socks that don't go on hangers since I prefer not to live out of my suitcase.
