Perched up in a scenic pocket of beloved Phinney Ridge, this modern, light-filled home boasts incredible convenience and a beautiful setting to return to each day. Walls of picture windows frame breathtaking views of Ballard and Magnolia, all the way to Elliott Bay and the snow-capped Olympic Mountains.

This three-story home is the picture of urban convenience, as it sits within a half-mile stroll of Woodland Park and the enchanting Woodland Park Zoo. Fremont (one mile), Ballard (two miles), and Discovery Park (three miles) are close by as well, with downtown Seattle a straight shot south (five miles). You'll be right on the bus line if you opt for public transit, but there's also a compact one-car garage - with an EV charger - and additional street parking.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by bright, modern design throughout, with generous windows and contemporary fixtures and furnishings. The main living space is on the second floor, bringing together a sleek kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), a window-lined dining area, and a cozy living room.

One of the unique features of this home are its additional living spaces on the top and lower levels - a setup that's particularly well-suited to an extended family, two families, or a group of friends seeking both togetherness and privacy. The top floor has a second living room and dining area, a chic kitchenette, and gorgeous views. Downstairs, you'll find a den and wet bar where you can stream movies, play board games, and store your favorite drinks and snacks.

At night, there are two bedrooms (including a primary suite) on the main floor, two bedrooms on the top floor, and one bedroom downstairs.

Very large home with a beautiful view! Short drive to Pier 66
This home is a lot larger than it looks. It was as each of us had their our own floor with their own private living space. Each floor had bedrooms, bathrooms, TV’s and their own separate kitchen. Perfect for 2 or three families with kids. It was very clean and the owners were very nice! Any concerns were immediately taken care of. If was a very short drive to Norwegian Pier 66, The Market, Space Needle, Aquarium and the Zoo was just two blocks away. It had a beautiful view of Seattle from the big picture window. Almost perfect, but stove and hood stopped working!
This stay would have been perfect if the stove and hood worked during the time that we were there. We were only able to use it once as it stopped working. Reported it, but because we were only there for 2 nights and we were mostly out, we opted not to have someone take a look at it. The food that we were supposed to cook went to waste, unfortunately. :(
