Lage top, Komunikation und Checkin horror!

Okey das Gute zuerst, die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und liegt ideal in der Innenstadt von Seattle! Die KĂŒche verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alles was man braucht( Der Herd Inkl. Ofen ist soo alt, den könnte man in ein Museeum stellen, funkzioniert aber bestens). Nun zum mĂŒhsamen Teil. Ich habe echt noch nie erlebt dass man soviele Sachen vor dem Check In erledigen muss, da wĂ€re zum einen dass man eine Reinigungs-Fee vorab zahlen muss(bei uns 83 Dollar fĂŒr 4 NĂ€chte), dann muss man ein Pre-Checkin Formular ausfĂŒllen das beinhaltet: Foto von ID/Pass, anschliessendes ''Beweis" Selfie, die genaue Uhrzeitangabe des ankommens... Dann noch 2 Tage vor dem CheckIn eine Kaution von 200 Dollar( wieder mit Foto von Kreditkarte) bezahlen welche man aber wieder zurĂŒckbekommen soll. Dann bekommt man so eine Art Checkin Guide wo alle Regeln und so drin stehen, und man wird mehrmals "gedroht" wenn man beim rausfahren aus dem Parkhaus z.b. nicht wartet bis das Tor ganz runtergefahren ist gibt es eine Busse von 250.-..... Auch die Komunikation vor dem Checkin war seeehhr mĂŒhsam, da nicht der Host selber einem empfĂ€ngt sondern irgend eine Kelly, die sich bei uns melden sollte. Was aber nicht der Fall war da sie angeblich keine Ankunftszeit( obwohl im Pre Checkin Formular ganz klar angegeben!!) bekommen habe von unserem Host. Alles in allem sehr mĂŒhsam! Das Beste ist die zentrale Lage und das man das Auto sehr sicher in der Garage im Haus selber parken kann!

The property is in a great location. The check in process of having a specific time to meet a person to obtain entry was frustrating.Finding parking to be able to meet the “check in” person is nearly impossible. I could have easily entered the building at any time when other tenants entered, but there was a fine if you did. Thankfully there were 2 of us and my husband could just keep circling the block until I came back out with key fob and parking pass for the garage. I have never encountered such specific rules from a property. We were afraid to use the pool for fear of “not showering properly” and receiving a fine. The weather during our stay had temperatures in the upper 80’s.The apartment gets all the west sun in the afternoon and really heats up. The apartment AC is a stand alone floor unit that is vented through the bedroom window, so no way to open bedroom window. The AC only cools the bedroom. There is no TV in the bedroom. The living room has very sparse furnishings, a chair and a broken couch, neither are for comfort. The washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus as we were at the end of our 2 week west coast vacation. Check out came with another round of emails with rules and potential fines. Check out is ridiculous. They want the keys, fob, and parking pass left on the counter and then take a picture and send it to them. I recommend pulling your car out of garage first. This was our 6th accommodation of the 14 day trip and our least favorite.

Not worth the hassle, go to a real hotel instead.

Checking in was a nightmare, first you have to upload a picture of your passport, a headshot, a picture of your credit card, authorize your credit card, etc. Then the day of arrival, we received an email saying we had to schedule an exact time of arrival with a greeter. When our plans changed and we tried to update this, they gave us a hard time (good luck if you're flight is delayed) and there is the threat of a fine, if you are late. There are also threats of fines if you don't take a shower before going in the pool, or you don't watch the garage door go down. You have to watch it go down so you don't let any tweekers people in, there are a lot in this area and they are very active, especially at night. There are a lot of rules, I mean a lot! We were like afraid to use anything because we didn't want fines. They charge a mandatory cleaning fee, but there was a used bandaid on the bathroom floor. They want you to go barefoot inside but the carpets are all stained. Overall, for the price, just go to a hotel, it'll be a much more inviting stay.

This by far is the way to go! Why stay in a room when you can have everything as if you are at home! Note: When you check out, you are asked to leave parking pass & keys w/fob on the kitchen counter
..So FIRST Take car out of garage and then simply ask for an access code to the elevator from your host. AND YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY.

The accommodations were fantastic, I wish I could've stayed longer. The only criticism I have is about the communication between parties. I felt like there was information I was supposed to receive sooner that made the check in process a little more tedious but other than that, all good!

Property was in a good location and felt close to a lot of the tourist attractions. Check in/check out was a bit confusing. I was contacted by two different people with instructions. I would be told to contact the other person if one of them couldn’t answer my question. Communication took longer than expected. Parking is easy and accessible. They have cameras everywhere so if you don’t wait for the garage to close they will charge you a big fee. It was an ok stay overall.

It was perfect and close to Climate Pledge arena about 4-5 minutes by car which perfect and what we were in the area to do. Beautiful little apartment and felt very safe security wise.

Owner was accessible and responsive. The location was key and the private parking a plus. Living room furniture was not very comfortable; cookware and utensils were higher standard than usual. Overall a great stay.

Perfect Getaway

The suite lived up to expectation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The venue was in easy walking distance of Seattle enter with Space Needle and many attractions. Also only a short walk to Waterfront. There is an indoor pool , a gym and a communal lounge. For us it was ideal vacation spot.

Mixed bag

This apt is within waking distance of many downtown attractions and comes with a parking space. So if those are your top priorities, by all means book this place, it's a great deal for the price. But if you want a hassle-free booking experience that involves only booking on this platform and showing up at your convenience on check-in day, then this is not for you. This was the most hassle-full booking i have ever made. I received dozens of emails from the host after booking asking me for various things on another website, including pictures of my ID, credit card information for a deposit and an additional cleaning fee, and no option to handle any of that on site. And then you have to meet someone at the building to get in (no lockbox or code will give you entry) - despite me repeatedly saying during all those pre-checkin steps that i would be there at check-in time, or earlier if that was possible, the person in fact couldn't meet me until 45 minutes AFTER their official posted check-in time and i had to rearrange previously made plans. I also had to find street parking to checkin and to checkout because you can't get in or out of the lot without the garage fob which you have to leave in the unit when you leave. Finally, if you just need a home base to travel around, this place works. But it's not a comfortable space to be in extensively. It's clean and looks nice, but furniture is a bit sparse and the bed and all the seating (couch, etc) are extremely uncomfortable.

The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with kitchen fully equipped to make a meal, (groceries only needed) Nice very large screen TV; Balcony overlooked lovely garden courtyard on 3rd level below. Nice common area with games, puzzles, books; very nice gym (which I had all to myself); (did not find time for hot tub/pool)
