Retreat to our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom newly renovated townhome in the heart of Ballard. Our guests enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar with Nespresso pods, working gas fireplace, garage parking, and private outdoor patio. This is the perfect landing pad for your group to relax and unwind after a day full of exploring the Pacific Northwest. Located in the charming Ballard neighborhood, you’re just minutes from the best restaurants, bars, and shops Seattle has to offer! Walk score of 90.

The 1,400 sq ft home is sparkling clean, light-filled, and tastefully designed, with new paint, flooring, and carpeting to enhance the space. Accommodations include two queen-sized primary bedrooms with large closets and ensuite bathrooms on the second floor, one full-size bedroom on the first floor, and a pull-out sofa option and third guest bathroom on the main floor. Long-term stays welcome - inquire for rates!

First Floor:

Loved that basically each bedroom had a bathroom to use. Great location. Parking in the garage is tricky and vehicle MUST be on the smaller side to fit. We had some issues with entry code and heating system but they were addressed right away.

The location can't be beat. Easy walk to the Ballard historic shopping and dining district, the Locks, the museum and other fun sites. Also, quick walk to the local supermarket. The rental is fully equipped. The host is very responsive. It's really a wonderful place. I've stayed there twice and would happily stay there again.

Fantastic in every way! This rental is well appointed, very comfortable and location is exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and basic pantry items and the coffee/tea station is great. The gas fireplace is wonderful on a rainy Seattle day. Furniture is comfortable and decor is nice. The beds are very comfortable and linens/towels are great. This rental is just a few blocks from downtown Ballard with lots of great shops and restaurants and the Famous Ballard Farmers Market. There is a QFC nearby. Host communication was excellent.

This property was super cute, very comfy, and really close to the venue of the wedding we were attending in Ballard. The hosts were wonderful, and the amenities were very thoughtful. The hosts thought of everything a family might need right down to the fresh creamer for coffee! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great location in the Ballard neighborhood, walkable and close to the bus lines. Great dining options and a grocery store right down the street. The garage parking spot is only big enough for a small SUV, but this was mentioned ahead of time - there is free street parking nearby. Good communication from the host.

Very tidy property and the perfect size for 6 adults! The host is very responsive to all communication. We arrived after dark and had to spend a few minutes locating the property but once we did, our stay was wonderful! We had permission to park in the garage from the alley which I recommend if you have a smaller SUV/vehicle. I appreciated the note that “we treat our guests like guests so no checkout chores”
no need to strip linens from the beds (certainly not a big deal to do so but was a special touch). Thank you for a relaxing stay!

The property manager was very prompt and answering our questions. The property was very nicely cleaned and in a great location. The only problem was the street did not provide any parking and there was a garage that our big SUV couldn’t fit through the alley and the garage.

We were very comfortable here. Beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well!! The weather was perfect for the end of June. We have been to Seattle before, and they like their coffee strong, but what Payton provided was perfect at this venue. Payton was very attentive and communicated with us very promptly so all our questions were answered. We loved the convenience of the neighborhood to Ballard and the grocery store was very close. Our only surprise was that we got a ticket parking on 57th street of 60.00 because apparently there is a law that you cannot park within 5 feet of a driveway. The parking on the street is tight and we were in a 7 seater van.

We had a delightful stay in this property and will absolutely stay again! Everything was spotless, well appointed and easy to find. The neighborhood is walkable and we found easy parking on the street. An excellent choice in Ballard.

Our time in Ballard was very comfortable. The neighborhood is great- Sunday market was wonderful. There was also a parade while we were there. We walked from the apartment to the locks. It was beautiful. May places close-by to eat. We would stay here again in the future. Loved the setup of the rental. Three bedrooms with baths was just right.

Comfortable and spacious townhouse in a great Seattle location

We enjoyed walks to the locks and botanical garden, as well as great meals in Ballard. Very comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen (with lots of coffee and tea and coffee-making equipment), off-street parking, a lovely little patio, excellent communication from the owner--no complaints whatsoever! Hoping to return soon.
