* For the best experience and to help keep the hot tub in great condition, please remove makeup and rinse off any lotions or body oils before use -these can clog the pump.​

* Parking Disclosure: There are two parking spaces available in the garage. Guests may also park one additional vehicle in the side area adjacent to the garage. Street parking along Shelby Road is readily available as well. Please do not park on the shared driveway with the neighbor, as this space must remain clear for potential emergency vehicle access.

* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

* We encourage guests not to bring any trailers or bigger trucks. Please don't park on the shared road with the neighbor.

* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($99.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,000). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
