Enjoy the ping-pong table & new front-loader laundry in the garage. Sun pours into wide picture windows on both levels with views of the gardens and the expansive outdoor space. Large 2-story deck & patio house outdoor fun - hot tub is directly off the primary bedroom through sliding doors, while the decks holds multiple seating areas, covered pergola space, and a dining table surrounded by twinkling lights. Roast smores in the fire pit under the stars after a day of exploring or play on the tree swing, pick lavender and raspberries, and relax in an Adirondack in the oasis-like private yard full of towering pines & mature blooms.

There are three bedrooms (2 queens, 2 twins) and two remodeled baths upstairs, including the private primary bedroom bath. Downstairs houses one large carpeted bedroom (1 queen), overflow sleeping in second living space (queen pull-out couch and two extra twin mattresses), and 3rd bath with smaller shower/counter space. A pack-n-play with sheets is also on site. High speed wifi, nest thermostat, bedside charging stations + white noise machines, smart appliances, and 2 smart TVs are there for your convenience. Updated kitchen includes smart faucet w farmhouse sink, quartz waterfall countertop, whisper quiet dishwasher, gas range, new microwave, oven and refrigerator, coffee maker & chemex pour over, toaster, hot water kettle, mixer, crock pot, weber grill on the deck, and full pots/pans/baking gear for hosting. All bedding/towels, fluffy robes in the primary bedrm, soap and paper products, and high chair/kids dinnerware also provided. Firewood, propane tank, gas Weber grill, and grill tools also available.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
- Guests will have access to the whole home, including private fenced yard, deck, patio, hot tub, and garage space for laundry and ping pong.
- We uphold our cancellation policy; guests are encouraged to book travel insurance to cover any concerns.
- Stays for longer than 30 days/longer terms with reduced rates are an option; longer stays require further screening, a lease, and damage deposit to fully confirm the reservation. Please contact us with any questions or to learn more.
- We utilize dynamic pricing which means prices may change day to day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
- Please note our house rules in the guest book and treat our home and neighbors like they were your own. Violations may result in fines.
- Quiet hours 10pm-8am, no parties or large events, no vaping/smoking/drugs of any kind on property including outdoors. Violations will be $500 per fine or more.
- This is NOT a pet friendly home; a $500 fee will be imposed for unauthorized pets plus damages.
OUR LOCATION: ABOUT EDMONDS, WA
Our safe, quiet neighborhood is home to many long-time owners and sprawling lots tucked away in the hills. Mature landscaping covers this yard with blooms March - October. Parking is easy for 4-6 vehicles in the driveway and gravel lot in front. Home is just 10 mins from light rail with easy transportation to events in downtown Seattle and SeaTac airport.
5-10 minutes away: groceries, restaurants, fresh produce, hikes, play grounds, the Kingston Ferry, and downtown Edmonds - full of shops, dining, beaches, coffee spots, local Scratch distillery, and year-round art, cinema, and programming. 20 minutes away are several malls, Lynwood Rec Center and indoor pool, hockey rink in north Seattle, Shoreline activities, and Woodinville wineries.
45 min drive away: two airports, downtown Seattle's Pike Place Market and Key regional arenas/stadiums, east side locales Bellevue/Issaquah, tech hot spot of Redmond, Lake Washington floating bridges and Mercer island, flower tours in Mount Vernon, Seattle's International District food spots, and south end cities including Renton and Kent. In just over an hour you can reach Suncadia, ski resorts and sledding hills, and famous waterfall sites.
2-3 hour drive: Vancouver/the Canadian border and San Juan Islands to the north - and Mount Rainier, Ocean Shores, and the peninsula to the south/toward the ocean.
