The place has an ultra-modern classic look, decorated in shades of white with wooden flooring. There is greenery surrounding the house that gives it a peaceful, calming, and captivating look. It gets attractive views of dusk & dawn that can be enjoyed while sitting in the backyard. The decoration has been done artistically to match the beach vibes. There is Wi-Fi and a working desk to complete any of your office tasks easily. The house has both air-conditioning and heating available 24/7.

No pets without written communicated approval. The Pet fee is $150(non-refundable) for up to 2 pets under 40lbs. Deposit may apply for pets over 40lbs.

Guests have access to the entire house and driveway during their stay, there is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway and you can even park your boat on the side of the house. Guests will get access through a keyless doorlock entry once the property is booked.
