Welcome to our family friendly house. We worked so hard to making this place a retreat for you and those you loved considering the needs of our own family.

We hope you find everything you need in our summer beach house. 15 Mins drive to the Wabasso Beach. 10 Mins away from Sebastian Municipal Golf Club. 15 Mins away from ELC (Great for Kids). 11 Mis apart from Downtown Sebastian.

Our house includes Three( 3) rooms with two (2) full bathrooms with a special focus on cleanliness and coziness.

We are absolutely thrilled that you are considering our charming home for your special vacation! Allow us to share more about our lovely house, which has been nicely furnished with careful attention to detail, designed especially with families in mind.

As you step into each unique space, you'll feel the warmth and modern coastal vibes. Our main bedroom boasts a spacious King size bed, perfect for two guests, with separate dressers for your personal items. Enjoy the convenience of an En Suite bathroom and a TV offering access to local channels, Disney, Netflix, and more. Simply log in with your user ID and unwind in comfort.

In the secondary bedroom, you'll find another inviting King Size bed, along with a roomy closet for all your belongings. The shared full bathroom adds to the convenience, and just like the main bedroom, this room comes equipped with a TV for your entertainment needs.

For families or groups, our third bedroom is a true gem. It can comfortably accommodate at least four extras with its Full over Full bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. This room even includes a small office space for remote working families and cozy Bean Bag Chairs for relaxation and reading.

Our common areas have been thoughtfully set up to make you feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the major and minor appliances you need, including a coffee machine and toaster. We've stocked it with various pots and Tupperware for your cooking convenience, making it easy to prepare your favorite dishes or store leftovers. The flexible dining table offers a beautiful view of the backyard, and our family-oriented living room is perfect for bonding over a movie night, family chat, or friendly board games.

Sebastian House

The house was very clean, loved the decorations and nicely furnished, very much a coastal feel/vibe. The check in process was very easy and the host was very quick to respond to a question I had. The bedrooms (all 3) were spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to highway I95 and to beach. If I had anything to complain about it, would be that the Master bed was too firm. I love a firm mattress but maybe a pillow top/ cushion pad would help. TV's in every room and back yard was fenced in with nice table and chairs but unable to sit out there in evening due to mosquitoes.. perhaps a screened in area would fix that. Would definitely rent this property again when in the area.
