Find seclusion, relaxation, as well as incredible convenience at this single-story home on nine acres of Sonoma Country countryside. Something special awaits in every direction - world-class wineries, the rugged ocean coast, and the charming towns of Sebastopol, Occidental, and Healdsburg.

This home was built in 2021, but the property itself has a long history as a former goat sanctuary. Hikers can explore the grounds on foot, while birders can marvel at the aviary built by the previous owners. When you're ready to get out and explore the area, you'll be an easy drive from Occidental (four miles), Sebastopol (five miles), Bodega Bay (14 miles), and Healdsburg (18 miles).

Whether you spend your time wine-tasting, hiking, cycling, or kayaking the Russian River, you'll find a wonderful spot to unwind at the day's end on the front porch. Take a seat in an Adirondack lounger and open a new bottle of red, rising every now and then to keep an eye on dinner on the Weber gas grill.

As new construction, the house is open, polished, and uncluttered. Find every essential in the well-equipped kitchen, ample space to dine at both the breakfast bar and the table, and the perfect spot for after-dinner board games in the living room. Complimentary WiFi and a private laundry room are provided as well.
